NinjaTrader 7.0 Is Now Open To The Public

In my last post, I wrote that NinjaTrader 7.0 was coming soon, well wait no longer – NinjaTrader 7.0 is officially here and available to the public.

But one quick work of warning before you go download NinjaTrader 7.0, this is still a beta release, which means that there are going to be some bugs in it, and if this aversion to risk is too much for you, then you may want to hold off for a little bit longer.

On the other hand, if you’re like me, and want the latest and greatest, then maybe this is at least worth playing with.  You can have both NinjaTrader 6.5 and NinjaTrader 7.0 installed on the same machine, but you can’t run them at the same time.

If you have NinjaTrader 6.5 indicators, they will need to be compiled with the new version of NinjaTrader, but that’s not a big deal since NinjaTrader has a migration guide that helps make the process painless.

NinjaTrader has some awesome new features that we’ve all been waiting for for a VERY long time,  and I know you’ll be excited.  I’ve also all but stopped development on NinjaTrader 6.5 indicators because the improvements in NinjaTrader 7.0 are so vast.

But enough of my yapping… Go Download NinjaTrader 7.0 and see for yourself what it will do for you.
