OK guys, We’ve all been there, but let me re-iterate…. being sick sucks!

I’ve had laryngitis for the last week and some funky hack, cough and wheeze on either side of that…. So for those of you that have missed me, well, I’m almost back.

This is my hobby site, so it takes second priority to my other enterprises. Unfortunately, there was a lot of work that got piled on while I was away, so TazaTek is going to be on my back-burner for a while

I didn’t mean to bum you out or anything, I’m still around, and actually have some pretty awesome things coming to TazaTek this fall…. I guess it almost is fall, so late in the fall… OK, dang near Christmas, there are some huge plans to re-vamp the site, the structure, and the offerings.

If you have any feedback on what you’d like to see in this site to get it upgraded, NOW IS THE TIME… to let us know what will make it better. We’re in the process of deciding if this should be run as a hobby site (like it is now), or more like a business (regular updates, featured authors, platform reviews, tutorials, etc), so leave us comments and feedback to know which direction would benefit you most.

Well now I’ve done it! And as an active NinjaTrader user, you’re probably thinking,

“Yeah! You’ve been putting up these great trading indicators for TradeStation, and the like, but, none for NinjaTrader! What gives?”

And you’d be right! My fault completely. And I sincerely apologize! And to make it up to you, NinjaTrader is my next focus in the coming weeks, But I need your help!! You see, I’m a programmer by profession, and a trader on the side. You on the other hand, make a living and lots of money by trading and maybe you’ve done some NinjaTrader programming on the side. My point is that you know what indicators are going to make you money, but you don’t have the foggiest idea of how to program them. And me on the other hand, knows how to program them, but I don’t have a clue of which ones are going to make you money.

And this is where you come in

I need you to give me better direction on where you need me to start programming free NinjaTrader indicators. You see, my goal is to make TazaTek the number one, Free Trading Indicator site, in the world, and have indicators for all the major platforms. And after looking through my site logs, there was an overwhelming response from the NinjaTrader crowd that you guys are actively looking for NinjaTrader Indicators. You’re the type that would even pay good money for them, but I’m going out of my way to make the indicators free for you, all you have to do is tell me what NinjaTrader indicators you need!

That’s it. It really is that simple. You see that little button down below that says, “Request a platform” ? ( I know, I should add a button that says “Request an Indicator”, but do you want free NinjaTrader indicators, or do you want more buttons on the site? Yeah, I voted indicators too.) Well if you click it, you can write a note about which indicator you’re wanting, and let me know that you are one of my NinjaTrader buddies, and I’ll get it processed and out the door faster than you can say “NinjaTrader Rocks!” Alternatively, if that button isn’t working (as can happen with websites occasionally), I provide my handy backup link to my contact form.

Now, I know that this is getting you real excited, and you just want to fire off a bunch of indicator requests (that I highly encourage, by the way), but give my just 10 more seconds of your time. If you are this energetic about getting free NinjaTrader Indicators, then I’m most certain that you have a trading buddy that is also excited about the prospect, so why not use the other button below so cleverly labeled “Tell a Friend” and let them know about this site! And the good news to them is that I don’t even see their email address when you tell them about this page.

Well, it was bound to happen. I found trading opportunities in Pairs Trading, and created a whole other site based on those trading opportunities. If you know what pairs trading is, then you know how difficult it is to come up with fresh new correlated pairs  to trade on a daily or weekly basis. Sure, you could use the SPY and QQQ pairs, but everyone is trading those…. Translation: your profits are diluted when there’s that much trading activity with the same strategy. So TazaTek created Pair-List.com to fill the gap for day traders. You see, before I became a TradeStation consultant, I was a Software Engineer for Raytheon , so naturally I wanted to program something that would solve this trading problem. TazaTek created Pairs-List.com with the idea that it would be accessed by traders online so that it would be available 24 hours a day. Why online? Well, there’s over 25 Million pairs that have to be compared for correlations. It takes a LOT of computer time to find out what the correlation is between all those pairs and then sort it out and organize it for our day traders. So we do all the grunt work, and you get all the  trading opportunities.

So if I’m working so hard on Pairs-List, what’s going to happen to TazaTek ? Glad you asked!! TazaTek is going to shift from consulting work, to providing FREE trading indicators on a variety of trading platforms. Why free? Well, the proprietary ones I kept coming up with were so good, that I didn’t want to sell them. So selling my indicators  to traders became a no option, but I realized that there wasn’t a good repository of trading indicators out there, so that is the void that TazaTek is going to fill. So if you know of any public domain indicators out there that could benefit all traders on the web or that you have lying around, let us know, and we’ll post them right away! We’re going to post indicators for any trading platfom out there, so TradeStation, MetaStock, NinjaTrader, Wealth-Lab, Telecharts …. all fair game!

For instance, if you want to be alerted for a trade when any stocks 50 day MA crosses above a 200 day MA, then all you do is add the indicator to RadarScreen, and turn on your alert. Then just sit back and wait for the trade.
