Summary

Aroon is an indicator written by Tushar Chande in 1995 to identify trends in the stock market.

Usage

The Aroon indicator uses two lines, an uptrend line and a downtrend line, to identify whether a stock is trending up, or trending down. There is a great article at Investopedia that explains the Aroon indicator very well.
